You are warmly invited to join us on Wednesday the 9th of November from 7 pm for an evening of meditation and guided journaling facilitated by Ursh - The Mind Fitness Mentor.
The Full Moon is the perfect time of the month to REFLECT on what's happened over the past 30 days and to RELEASE what no longer serves you, making space for you to REFOCUS on what you wish to manifest into your life.
What does this evening look like and what should you expect?
The environment is a lovely warm room with dim lighting and soothing music. -The space is set with loving intention.
No experience is necessary for any activities and you will be guided by your hostess Ursh at every step.
The flow of the evening:
Settle in & introductions
Guided meditation - to relax and focus
Guided Journaling exercise
Sacred sharing in a safe space (optional)
What to bring:
Pillow(s) and a blanket to get comfortable *optional (we can provide these if you wish).
Water
Journal (or paper) and a pen.
